Designing a Model for the Impact of Business Intelligence on Supply Chain Performance with an Emphasis on Integration and Agility

امروزه مدیریت زنجیره تأمین باید راهکارهایی را اتخاذ کند تا بتواند پاسخگوی نیازهای متغیر مشتریان باشد. استفاده از هوشمندی کسبوکار بههمراه تقویت یکپارچگی و قابلیت چابکی، موجب ایجاد مزیت رقابتی در میشود درنتیجه میتواند موقعیت بهتری کسبوکار داشته هدف این پژوهش، بررسی چگونگی تأثیر کسبوکار بر یکپارچگی، چابکی عملکرد است. درضمن اثر موردبررسی قرار می‌گیرد. پژووهش ابتدا با مرور پیشینه موضوع، یک مدل مفهومی ارائه شده است؛ سپس روش پیمایش برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌کار رفته داده‌ها 369 شرکت صنایع مختلف شهرهای متفاوت ایران طی آذر دی‌ماه سال 1399 شد. واحد تحلیل شرکت‌های تولیدی بودند. آزمون فرضیه‌ها مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نتایج نشان می‌دهد که کسبوکار، نقش مهمی دستیابی به بهتر دارند؛ البته میان، بیشترین دارد. نیز مثبت معناداری دارد؛ همچنین مشخص شد مستقیمی
